By downloading or using Appblock (“the App”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before use.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App, any part of the App, or our trademarks. Attempting to extract the source code, translate the App, or tamper with its functionality is strictly prohibited. All intellectual property rights related to the App remain the sole property of APPMOBITECH.
APPMOBITECH is committed to making Appblock as effective and reliable as possible. We reserve the right to update, improve, or make changes to the App at any time, including the option to charge for certain services. You will always be informed of any charges before they apply.
AppBlock works entirely on your device. It does not create an account for you, and it does not send your information to us or anyone else. Please see our Privacy Policy for details.
You are responsible for keeping your device secure. We strongly discourage jailbreaking your device, as this may compromise security, expose your device to malware, or interfere with AppBlock's proper functionality.
AppBlock uses Apple's Screen Time (Family Controls) framework to restrict access to apps and websites according to the rules you configure. You are responsible for the blocking rules you create, including any Strict Mode settings that intentionally make a blocking difficult to disable.
AppBlock is a self-management tool. It is not a security product, and it should not be relied upon to prevent access to content in situations where failure would cause harm. Blocking depends on functionality provided by iOS, and we cannot guarantee it will be effective in every circumstance or after every system update.
You are responsible for ensuring your device is in proper working condition. APPMOBITECH will not be liable if the App becomes inaccessible due to device-related issues such as battery depletion, storage exhaustion, or operating system faults.
While we work to keep the App accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that all content and functionality will always be error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for losses, direct or indirect, resulting from reliance on the App's content or functionality.
The App is currently available on iOS and iPadOS. System requirements may change, and you may need to install updates to continue using AppBlock. We do not guarantee that future updates will always be compatible with your device.
We may also, at our discretion, discontinue providing the App at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will end and you must delete it from your device.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Please review this page periodically. Updates take effect as soon as they are posted here.
Subscriptions
App Block may offer auto-renewable subscription plans that provide access to premium features and content.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
